Attain provides a SAFE space for you. Therapy can make many people feel vulnerable and therefore it is important that you feel safe. If you have any needs or requirements that helps you to feel safer, please voice it and we can discuss this further.

Is this right for me?

This is solution focused hypnotherapy. We only use scientific methods based on the latest neuroscience research. Attain would never use any techniques that cannot be scientifically back up. Knowledge is absolutely power and this will be shared with you at every stage to ensure you can continue to flourish when our sessions finish. Professionalism can also be expected throughout the process. 

You can be treated without needing to go into details about the problem with this therapy of this kind. This is extremely relevant for those who are fed up to talking about their problems over and over again. Some general context will be needed but you do not need to too far into it. The trance at the end of every session is also a pleasant experience. Therefore sessions tend be an enjoyable process for most people. 

Supervision and further training is a requirement under the regulators. So you can be assured you will be getting the best possible service at all times. 


I often had anxiety visiting new places. My anxiety was especially bad when going abroad for a holiday, worrying about the whole process from packing bags to arriving at the hotel. This process would usually start about three weeks before going. I made life miserable for my husband during this time. I also worried about inconsequential things which weighed heavily on my mind and that I couldn't do anything about.
